Since installing U11 I'm getting Lumen RT in trial mode. I only want the version that comes Connect. Not the full version.

Several users reported a similar issue and we are still working on it.As a workaround, you can try to disable the entitlement for the application "Bentley LumenRT" (ie. the full version) as described in this page:https://communities.bentley.com/products/licensing/w/licensing__wiki/38028/2---entitlement-management-configurationBy doing so, it will force LumenRT to run in Designer mode (ie. the free version).Please let us know if it works.

Except Lumen RT is not in the list of entitlements because I don't have an entitlement to it so can't remove it.
Then this looks like you are in the 7-day trial period, but it should have already ended since you have installed Update 11 more than 8 days ago...To help me understand what is going on, could you please try this?- Launch the "Bentley Licensing Tool" from the Windows Start menu, then on the tab "entitlements", click on the "sync" button on the upper-left corner of the table. Then take a screen capture of the row "Bentley LumenRT".- After that, launch LumenRT, verify it is still in trial mode, and send me the file "C:\ProgramData\e-onsoftware\LumenRT_RunTime.log" or copy the 20 last lines of the file in this thread).
