Since installing U11 I'm getting Lumen RT in trial mode. I only want the version that comes Connect. Not the full version.
So what do I do to get this to work and not be in trial mode given that I'm logged into Connect.

I have the same problem. Before installing Microstation uppate 11 i uninstalled LumenRT designer. Then i installed Microstation and LumenRT using the connection client app ( as normal). Now when i open LumenRT from withing Microstation, or directly, it will open in full LumenRT mode... So this is not only happening to you. I am in conytact with support, so far i dont know what will come out of it. But there is no way they can bill us for this "usage" of LumenRT, since the installation of LumenRT designer clarly fails in Microstation update 11.
Thanks Helgeh. Good to know it's not just me. It would be good if Bentley were a bit more responsive when they break a major part of their program.
I don't want to piggy-back on this conversation too much, but my situation is related. I've updated Microstation from U10 to U11, but still have LumenRT U10 (full, paid version). I'd like to get the LumenRT U11 update - but perhaps should be happy that I can't because U10 still works properly.
