will you please post a small test case . also will you please let us Know Source of FBX generation .
When converting file to FBX , few software's add Material Property Specular and Reflection to 100 by default.
On large models with Full reflection cause issue to generate real time scene .
To encounter this issue we have added ability to change Specular and Reflection values from material. this change will be available in Upcoming Release of Microstation and eventually in to next release of AECOSim
For now i can suggest workaround to remove Specular and Reflection values from Material in Material editor and Export to LumenRT.
