When exporting a model to Lumenrt, random elements are assigned to level 0 in Lumenrt but I do not have level 0 in my design file or in the attached reference files.
Can anybody explain how to avoid this?

I have now tried with the original file and it still has the problem.
If I could send you the file you will see that many of the glass roof options (on separate levels in Microstation) all appear on Level 0 which does not exist in the Microstation file.
