Missing 'visualisation' in the ribbon

Hi all, 
 I'am working with OpenSite Designer Connect version and i'm looking for the visualisation items. 
 I miss them in the workflow menu, but when I click 'customize Ribbon' the visualisation item is present. 
 How to get the visualisation items in the workflow menu?

You can do it in the properties of the object. 
 
 And by opening the Materials tool pallets from File \ Settings \ toolboxes.

 Please can you share the full screen short of the page. 
 Yes this could be a possibility that you are using the 2D file. 
 In that case you will not get the Visualization Ribbon.
