I want to move in my model -- phause and then have the 2nd floor disappear.
Is htere a way to do this and control reference files of the model OR
A way to freeze whee the timeline goes from one video to another smoothly?
Just for curiosity are you making the video animation inside LumenRT or MS?
Inside Lumen RT - I need several fades while the walk-thru is in motion
I want to fly around the building and have it fade the roof being cut off
Then as I fly around have certain levels cut on and off. (I have a floor that will display different LED patterns - I want too make them fade from one to another while I fly
Then I need a fade while not moving from one to another.
Can can stop the video with a keypoint and restart with ref or layers cut off but that is NOT fluid and looks very bad
I know my model will change over time so the reason for trying to make a singular set up in Lumen so that I can just rerun it

I hope Shubham have provided you the video, showing the workflow of using the clipping plane by layers animation.
If you slow the speed of the time frame it will look nice smooth animation.
Please let us know if you need anything else.
Hi, I'm also looking for something like this, to fade different elements idealy in LumenRT. Can you share the video with me also?
here is Video link: https://bentley.sharefile.com/d-sa14d6ec017d44678
this video contains how to use clipping planes inside LumenRT with unable disable Layers.
you will not get proper Transition effect here, but if you want to rendered the video with transition effect you need to rendered different videos and then from the Movie option in video editor timeline, you need to put different transition effect between the videos.
Ok it's perfect, thanks for sharing, I never tought of using the cliping plane for this kind of works.
