I am unable to export a model to LumenRT because at 99% I keep getting this error. The model in question is a detailed equipment model imported to DGN from Parasolid format. I have tried dropping shared cells to geometry and solids to surfaces but that doesn't help either
Any ideas? I'd love to paste the full exception text but this forum keeps flagging my post as spam!
I'm running V8i SS3 on Windows 7. .NET version is 4.7
I have the same problem and no solution, does anybody knows how to fix?

Can you please send us few more details.
1. System configuration along with Ram info and which Graphic card you are using?
2. Did you try to export the model in .obj format just in case it might be out of memory issue ?

Also we have made so many changes in Connect edition of MS regarding memory issue can you please try in connect edition the same.

The system configuration is:
Windows 7 Professional
Processor Intel Xeon E5-1620 v3
16GB of RAM
Graphic card - NVIDIA Quadro K4200
I have tried on many different computers here at the company and they all have the same problem, maybe it´s a system configuration, I really don´t know.
I have used only ".dgn" file to try to export.
I´m using Microstation V8i SS3 and LumenRT connect edition update 11.
I´ve already uploaded the model to the link you sent!

Thank you for the file and all information.
After checking your file there is only two possibility for your issue.
1. Please move to Microstation connect edition and try the same it will work fine, we have made lots of changes in the exporter of MS.
2. And you can also try with MS V8i SS10 which we have recently released.
As we can not make any possible changes in SS3 exporter we have stop working on that.
