I have a Pro license for LumenRT, but today I'm working on my laptop and it comes up with a big LumenRT Designer logo covering the top right corner of my screen.
I've run the Activation Wizard and License Tool, but can't seem to activate my Pro version. Any suggestions? (urgent project deadline looming)!
will you please try to send logs from Bentley License Tool > Tools > Send Logs now. it will send all pending logs to Bentley .
also please check status for Bentley LumenRT under Bentley License tools > Entitlement

Thanks Harshad, I've done the Send Logs now as you suggested.
Below is a snapshot of my Product Status. It looks like "LumenRT Designer" is Not Entitled... but this is not the version that should be running when I fire up LumenRT. I'll check later to see if it's working on my laptop again.
Hi，This is some kind of BUG for Connect Licensing. Several users report the same issue.
You need execute the attached bat file which will reset and clear your license history.ResetEntitlementsAndCC.zip
After that run Bentley Licensing tool，and click Activation Wizard，and click Next，typein Bentley LumenRT as second pic shows below.Click next until Finish. This procedure is make sure ONLY Bentley LumenRT were activated.

I submitted a Service Request to Bentley at the same time as my original post (labelled "Critical", SR number = 7000943730) and have not even had the courtesy of a response. @RenZhiHong - I appreciate your post, but I'm still waiting for support from the formal channels (that I pay for). I've not been able to use LumenRT on my laptop for almost a month.
Hi, MaxBefore we have the bat file, we had done the resetting job manually. I can guide you this way as well which is looks more safe and understandable.
But before that, Pls try to Run the [Activation Wizard] as my first pic shows in previous reply, and For the Step 2 if you see [Bentely Lumenrt Designer ]was listed here just click the X to delete it, and add [Bentley LumenRT] instead.
At last, you need get the result as following pic shows. Pls let me know if this works. Or I can guide you the manually reset method.

I tried three times - including once to delete both the LumenRT and LumenRT Designer licences (assuming I could then re-add LumenRT), but it does not seem to have worked.
Hi, MaxThanks a lot for the testing and feedback. It looks like we need reset to remove the Designer.Pls try as below:1. Close all Bentley software.2. Open the Windows Task manager and End all Bentley xxx Processes, sometimes you need close twice since the Connection Client may be restarted automatically.3.Delete [LicenseService.db] file under following directory. If the file can't be deleted then recheck step 2.
4.Open the Bentley Licensing tool, you will see only Connection Client will be listed as below.
5.With the Activation Wizard, only choose [Bentley LumenRT] and activate it only. And Run LumenRT will see it works in Pro mode.
