I have just installed ORD version 10.07.01.32. During the install process I was prompted to install LumenRT.
Problem:
1. Installation of LumenRT fails. When trying to activate LumenRT I get the following message. See capture below.
I would like to start using LumenRT.
1. What version is compatible with the ORD version stated above?
2. Any ideas why the install is failing?

Is LumenRT listed in the Windows Control Panel as an installed program?
With ORD Update 7 LumenRT Update 12 (16.12.23.02) should installed

It turns out there is some sort of issue between our IT department and the Lumen install package. Thank you for the version number I will pass this along.
