&lt;p&gt;Try adding the texture folder to search path maybe watch this &lt;a title="Pattern map search paths" href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9bXrCQuUcHo"&gt;video&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Just copy all the textures from the fbm folder to the other PC, if you copy these to same folder as the DGN MicroStation will find them when you open the file.&lt;/p&gt;
