aerial turns black when exporting a large lumenrt model

I have a very basic rectangle with a aerial image assigned with the DC drape material.  When I export this to LumenRT using the export large model option, I have a issue because after the file is exported to LumenRT the aerial image turns to solid black.

Is this a common problem?  Do I need to make a adjustment to my dcdrape material, or is this something I need to change inside LumenRT?  I already updated from a much older version to the most recent update 13 and have the same issue.
