As the title suggests, I'm having trouble exporting from MicroStation CONNECT. Whenever I attempt to, I get a short loading bar and the following error message:
A colleague had the same issue and pointed me towards the following thread:

However, that doesn't seem to fix my issue whereas it did for him. I'm struggling to find any other help with the issue. Would anyone be able to help please?

Hi Tom,
I don't know why this EON Assert occurs, but the message gives you two options. The OK option appears to be for the developers and allows helps them to debug the issue. The Cancel option disables further Asserts and lets the export proceed without further interruption.
I get that message occasionally ,but I click cancel and it usually exports successfully.

What is the DocumentPath you are using in the REG file?
Does the export fail with a specific file or any file, if file specific can you share for review.

Once I've run through the following error messages, the export will attempt to complete (with loading bars etc), but the result is just a black box. This is always the result when I attempt to export.

And you verified that the path exists?
The path should just be:
DocumentPath:C:\Users\David.Trejo-Rodrigue\Documents\Bentley\Bentley LumenRT CONNECT Edition
It should not be update specific
