Semi trucks supplied with LumenRt are too large!
I measured the height to be over 17 feet. That's at least 3 feet taller than a typical semi truck.The 17 foot tall trucks in LumenRT tend to hit the bottom of bridges in our visualizations, which is unacceptable.
Here's a quote from the Federal Size Regulations for Commercial Motor Vehicles - FHWA:
There is no Federal vehicle height requirement for CMVs. Thus, States may set their own height restrictions. Most height limits range from 13 feet, 6 inches (4.11 meters) to 14 feet (4.27 meters), with exceptions granted for lower clearance on particular roads.
The axle positions are also wrong with too much space between the rear axles.
Please determine the actual real-world dimensions for ALL vehicles and update the LumenRT Content.

it is old and many times mentioned problem, we still have no possibility to import vob/lob files to microstation to edit them.
Any infos about updates in lumenrt? it is too long and too quiet, I hope that LRT is still in focus of viz or we can surprised :-)

We will look into this. The trucks were originally created for the european market so there may be some differences. thanks

The recently added european trucks (4.86 yd. tall) appear to be more accurate than the original US Kenworth trucks (5.84 yd. tall).
You can see the obvious size difference in this screen shot.
By the way, please allow the user to choose how units are displayed. I would much prefer all my measurements be display in decimal feet, rather than automatically choosing inches, feet, yards, etc... depending on the distance/size.

we have considered your concern and working on the same, can you please let us know which vehicles you feel troubles you - so that we can update.
or for now if you are in mid of your project you can scale your vehicles in LumenRT, you can also use Gizmo if you specifically want to modify your vehicle in XYZ direction.

You can't scale vehicles that are a part of traffic lanes. It is also impossible to scale any vehicle that is already animated. You can only alter the scale of a vehicle before it has been animated.
I don't really have time to go through all of the vehicles that are supplied with LumenRt. I think that is Bentley's job.
