Working to export a model from LumenRT to 360 web link. The model includes a ContextCapture model, many LumenRT tress, and multiple saved views. The export to 360 view starts out like any other, but then stops and LumenRT freezes. I have let the model run/process the export for 2 days and no luck- the software never solves/creates the web link and I am left to force the program to crash and restart.
Any export tips would be greatly appreciated.
I have the exact same problem with the LumenRT pro update 14, web 360 tour export is not working. It's stating computing cloud storage space, then after the software freeze and nothing happen, even the process stop in the windows task manager.
My scene is a "small" scene with 3 reality mesh, I can testify that it was working in update 13, not perfectly but still at least working.
