See the left item in the LumenRT image.
Issue is due to mirror of element is actually changing normal's of element surface. This issue is fixed and will be available in next Release

This is exciting news Harshad. I export a lot of my MicroStation models into Unity and both the Mirror and Change Surface Normal tools have been extremely problematic.
