Update 7 VUE render is a tech preview meaning it would require a token from us to enable feature. I just talked to developers and OBD Update 8 is going to be released in next couple of days. I would recommend you wait for it, that version is based of MicroStation CONNECT Edition Update 15 and will not require a token.

That's weird?

I'm using update 7 and their is nothing of VUE to be found. Even in the Ribbon Search... result only "VUE (*.vob)"

Is their another manner that I'm not aware of?

It looks like it is available in Open Building Designer (update 7) as a Technology Preview according to the online documentation.
