Hi allHas anyone else encountered this issue with LumenRT content being greyed out and not selectable?
I have installed all of the content and the .lob files are in C:\ProgramData\Bentley\Bentley LumenRT CONNECT Edition - Update 14\LumenRT Content\LumenRT\
This happens bot in LumenRT Designer and LumenRT Pro.

Hi Warren,
This should only happen in Designer.In Designer only a subset of the content library is available, unavailable content is greyed out.
Can you confirm you see this greyed-out content also when the title bar says "LumenRT Pro"? Thanks.

Hi AlexandreSorry for the long delay in responding. We have a machine that has OpenRoads Designer (with LumenRT Designer) and LumenRT Pro installed. What I've found it that once I've opened LRT Designer, the Pro features aren't enabled when launching LRT Pro until I restart the machine. It's a bit frustrating to have to be restarting each time.
Hi Warren,Having multiple versions of LumenRT installed on the same machine is not correctly supported, due to files being shared by all versions.I would recommend to uninstall Designer, and work only with Pro.Regards,Alex
