Hi!
Today I tried to use the Vue Path tracer in MicroStation Update 15. Unfortunaty after the render button was pressed, it crashed.
The Ray tracer works.
What am I doing wrong?
Example of render settings. The image is rendered with the raytracer.
Thanks in advance,
Louis van Amerongen
Hi Louis,
is there any difference when you change the ParhTracer from Nvidia to some from other options?

Hi Jan,
Do you mean at the Denoiser options?

Ok, it was just an idea whether there can be a dependency on used denoiser engine.
VUE rendering is technology Preview tool and it looks like it does crash with some data. I also posted problem I have with one specific file here. With other files, everything is fine (at least, no MicroStation or the rendered crash).
If you are using a machine that has Intel Graphics you will need the latest driver from Intel. Intel made a fix for this problem back in November.
Cheers,
Jerry

Thank you Jerry. It worked.
What a difference in quality compared to the older Render Engines.
