Missing Material Editor MicroStation CONNECT edition Update 16

I just updated to MicroStation CONNECT edition to update 16

And no longer have the ability to assign and edit materials. The only option I am given is to animate a material. . 

I'm even missing the option to add the material editor to the ribbon

How do I get the material editor back in CONNECT?

    Thanks for reporting the issue,

    I tried reproducing the issue with plain MicroStation installation as well as an upgrade scenario (from Update 10.15.2.11 to Update 10.16.00.80) but was unable to reproduce it. (Screenshot attached for ref). 

    In order to investigate the issue in detail, I will require more inputs from you, Will you please help?

    1. Does the "Missing Icons" & "Search Ribbon" issue is reproducing with only Visualization tools or it is reproducing with other MSTN tools as well?
    2. Are the above two issues data or machine-specific? If yes then can you please provide details like dgn & dgnlib associated with it.

    1. I do not notice any mission icons or other issues with the MSTN tools.

    2. Both issues are reproduced on multiple machines and no matter what dgn file I open.
