Hello,
I have some glitch problems with the path tracing render.
1) these kinds of "triangulations" appear
2) The area lights, even if placed in a specific level and turned off, are still displayed in the render.
Some informations:
MS_PATHTRACE_DEFAULT_DENOISER is set to NVIDIA (NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1050)
Intel (R) Core (TM) i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.21 GHz
Thanks for your help.
edit:
If I try to convert the material to PBR, the render comes out totally black:
Hello Diego,
Thanks for reporting issue for Area light.
regarding to PBR , i have your test case file, will check with PBR materials and get back to you with results.
Will you please let me know Graphics driver installed on your box
Thanks & Rg
Harshad
Hi Harshad,
thanks for the reply, here is the GPU driver details page.I also sent you the model via wetransfer to your email, if you wanted to test it.what can you tell me about "triangles"?Thank you so much,D.
Vue render consume CPU and GPU as well. NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1050 is 4gb graphics card .
1) Issue is due to low GPU memory, will you please check GPU usage while rendering .
2) PBR materials are working fine on my end , again its issue with GPU as material preview set to VUE, try setting up Material preview to Shaded and then convert legacy materials to PBR.
I am able to render scene without issue with RTX 6000 (24 gb )
Hello, I was wondering if the bug of the visibility of the light area has been fixed in 16.1, I use a version translated into my language and still 16.1 is not available. Thanks
