Hi All, I have exported some .OBJ from Microstation V8i (SS10). The .dgn files have all of the materials required for the item. when i load the .obj into LumenRT the material is shown as glass and i need to find each part of the item and change to standard. is there a way to stop this from happening?
With a bit of fiddling i have figured it out. The file needs to be 100% transparent before exporting to .OBJ.LumenRT reads the script as Transparency = 1 for colour and Transparency = 0 for clear where as Microstation reads it the other way.
Importing in LumenRT is always disaster. Tried to import OBJ the model is standing on side(Inverted Y and Z) no such issues in Meshlab or CC viewer.
Used LumenRT export and it creates glass materials. For example sand becomes glass and slightly blue in color. Seems lot of images for materials are now missing in latest Microstation like the sand03.jpg.
