Hello, is it possible to align the pattern of a material on a cut face using the clip volume tool? I applied this material to the solid then scaled it to get number of rows I want to show, but when I clip through it the clip face is not aligned with other surfaces.
What mapping you have? Try set pattern to planar
I used CMU block, then scaled it to fit the cylinder. I applied a clip volume using a front orientation & turned on the cut & forward directions of the clip volume. Pattern appears to be set to planar.
