Light materials in MSCE 2023

Question

Hi, 
 I was doing some tests with MSCE 2023, I can't see the light materials that worked in 17.2, neither legacy nor PBR, has something changed?

Do you mean the dialog does not open when trying to access it? 
 If so there's a chance its opening offscreen see: 
 Dialog/Toolbox does not open or is missing
