Is there Bentley software to model 3d realistic buildings from a couple of Photo's?
Or any third party software or manuals on how to get this job done are welkom.

google sketchup is still the best option.
not only does microstation import them, they can be opened, referenced, or dropped in via the
3d warehouse.
Would be great if the inbuilt tools could be updated.
In the meantime, if you are using Sketchup anyway, have a look at this plugin:

Bentley's Descartes has some interesting tools no one ever mentions. I think they should be right in there with the material tools.
