I have been working in a 3d drawing fixing some triangles for a rendering, using Microstation SS3. When I am in the process of drawing the new triangles in my screens go black and then it comes back and the image below displayed in the lower right corner. Has any one else seen this issue. Is this a software issue or do I need to contact NVIDIA or Dell on this issue. I have also has it where the whole computer freezes and I have to reboot by pushing the button, and had it crash and give me the blue screen today.

Good news! I will try it out.
Just a note to remember:
Black screen and driver recovery issue still persist with version 305.93
Note: Working in 2d with a 3d reference.

Have upgraded my workstation. Completely new machine. New graphics - GTX680, WIN7 64 bit,
installed latest nVidia driver. Few hours it worked fine. Then crashed...
So i`m back on Direct X 9. :-)
