User is trying to perform “stencil 2D reference file with 2d solid line to 3D file;however, after the stencil process, the solid line become stroke (like broken lines). See image Stencil_02. He wants the line to remain solid and not broken. Open file (Traffic_Animation.dgn), with reference file (Road_Marking.dgn) as attached.
Tested on both MicroStation SS3 08.11.09.357 and 08.11.09.459,

I did the same with the lines of a file that was created with AutoCad, although I had made MS, returned to create the microstation and it worked fine. Maybe it's your case.
