Change non-snappable elements to snappable in V8 2004 Edition

To change non-snappable elements to snappable in MicroStation V8, use MakeSnap.

Once loaded, this MDL application allows you to make elements snappable via the following commands:

MAKE SNAPPABLE SINGLE
MAKE SNAPPABLE ALL
FENCE MAKE SNAPPABLE

You can also use the snappy macro from Mark Stefanchuk.
This macro will change all elements in the file from non-snappable to snappable.
Works with MicroStation V7 and V8.
