Set a bookmark in a file
When doing a lot of design changes in your file, it may be helpful to place a bookmark in the file so that you can undo your changes back to a particular point.Referred to as a mark, you can set it by selecting Edit > Set > Set Mark or by keying in mark. This action will mark the current position in the file and allow you to undo your work back to that point by selecting Edit > Undo Other > To Mark. (Better yet, just put the keyin undo mark on a function key.)
A nice benefit of using marks is that you can have multiple marks in a file. To test this out, create a new file and draw a few lines and perhaps modify or manipulate them as well. Then choose Edit > Set Mark and the current position is marked.
Now place a few shapes, modify and / or manipulate them. Then choose Edit > Set Mark to mark this position.
Finally, place a few circles, modify and manipulate them and mark this position.
You now have three marks in the file. To restore the file to the previous marks, simply choose Edit > Undo Other > To Mark.
