When doing a lot of design changes in your file, it may be helpful to place a "bookmark" of sorts so that you can undo your changes back to a particular point. Referred to as a mark, you can set it by selecting Edit > Set > Set Mark or by keying in mark. This action will put a marker in the undo buffer so that you can undo your work back to that point in the design process by selecting Edit > Undo Other > To Mark. (Then again, it might be easier to put the keyin undo mark on a function key.)
One last thing...you can have more than one mark in the file! Try this on for size: Draw some stuff. Set a mark. Draw some more stuff. Set a mark. Draw even more stuff. Set a mark. And just for the fun of it, draw some more stuff. Now, undo to the mark. Do it again...undo to the mark. And again.... Cool huh?
