    AccuDraw's Sticky Zed.

Want to make all your data points land on the same Z value - even if you're snapping to other elements? Just turn on the Sticky Z Lock in your AccuDraw's properties! This setting was made available in MicroStation V8.

When AccuDraw is active - hit the spacebar if not (ESC-Spacebar or F11 if not in "Home Focus")  - you hit the Enter button for a "Smart Lock" before the Sticky Z can be activated (shortcut toggle to switch on/off: LZ).
You release the Sticky Z with another LZ and Enter to draw on on a different Z again
You see a smaller rectangle in the AccuDraw compass as long as Sticky Z is active.

(This is hard to see -or nearly invisible - with some background colors!)
