    Export cells to a library

In MicroStation V8, use this super cool keyin to export shared cells from either a DGN or DWG to a cell library:   export cells shared [name_of_a_new_cell_library]

For example: export cells shared d:\testing\mycells.cel

Note, if you've got a DGN full of normal cells, save it to the DWG format first. In doing so, the normal cells will become shared cells which can then be exported with the Export Cells Shared keyin.

Finally, in my limited testing, the keyin will extract all cell definitions included those that are nested.
