Let's suppose you have one view that displays just fine: the colours are correct, the dynamics work fine and so forth. And perhaps in the same file the graphics don't display quite right: Maybe the colours are incorrect, or the levels don't match and so on.
A nifty fix is to simply use the Copy View command which copies the view extents and all settings from a source view to a destination view. You can also use Copy View to set up views for any project where you need two identical views whether they'll be used for a presentation, visualization or just simple screen shots.
