Create a selection set from your graphic group

To create a selection set from an existing Graphic Group:

Ensure that your Graphic Group lock is ON,  then choose the Element Selection tool with the mode set to Add.  Select an element and the entire graphic group will be added to the selection set.

You can test this in BSI200-R03-Public Works.dgn which is delivered with the Examples/Geospatial workspace in MicroStation V8i.
