Create clickable screen menus

Create clickable screen menus just like the old days...Plus ca change, plus ce la meme chose!

Try this one that's delivered with MicroStation V8 XM Edition:
am=MS_APPMEN:v8menu.dgn,command,s1

Note:  In MicroStation V8i, you may need to edit MS_APPMEN to include the path of the menu file.   By default the location is: ...\WorkSpace\System\menus\dgn\
