Make a raster sandwich with Display Planes

MicroStation V8 XM Edition sports a new feature in the Raster Manager that allows you to "sandwich" rasters between vector elements. Simply select the Design display plane setting and adjust the display priority if needed. The default attachment plane is Background but you can change this to Design or Foreground via Workspace > Preferences > Raster Manager > Display Plane.
