New dimension style dialog

*New Dimension Style* dialog**
In MicroStation 08.05.02.15 there's a new Dimension Styles dialog that you may find helpful. Key features include: better organization, ability to compare styles, ability to compare local styles to library styles, tree list of styles and a dimension preview.
