Make a custom color book
In MicroStation V8 XM Edition you can make your own color books. Here's how:
Go to
Settings > Color Books
In the Color Book Editor, select
File > New
and enter a name for your colour book.
Click the
Create Color
button and drag the eye dropper unitl you've selected the desired colour.
Click
OK
and enter a name for your colour.
Don't forget to save your work!
The finished color books is stored in the design file but can be exported to a CSV file. Also, you might want to create these things in your design libraries so they can be easily shared among your users.
Yes, that's my boy in the video. :-)
