The following tip is presented to you today by

Take advantage of MicroStation's accelerator keys by customizing
Edit > Select All
so that it's activated by
CTRL+A
. This will comply with most other software packages that use the same accelerator to select all objects and fits nicely with a power users work style which is "one hand on the keyboard, one hand on the mouse".
