Preset all reference attachment settings
Predefine all of your reference attachment settings with this V8.5 variable:
MS_REF_DEFAULTSETTINGS
Some of the available settings are:
Locate, Snap, True Scale, Scale Line Styles, Display Raster References,
Use Lights, Nesting and Copy attachments.
