Using your mouse wheel to set the window center

Using your mouse wheel to set the window center
    So, this is cool.

In MicroStation V8: If you've got your Workspace > Preferences > Mouse options set up as follows you'll be able to set your window center with the mouse wheel.

    CTRL+Wheel > Pan Radial
    Pan Ratio > 1.1
    Zoom Ratio > 1.1

Now, center your cursor over any location in your file.
Hold the CTRL down and move your mouse wheel one "notch" towards you.

The window has now adjusted itself so that the location you selected above is now in the center.
Continue panning by rotating your mouse wheel in any direction.

In MicroStation V8 XM Edition, simply set your mouse wheel preference to Pan with Zoom

With thanks to Samir Haque (Bentley) and Mark Mates (Rowse Company) for this great tip!
