Keyin to save changes to reference levels...or not.
While watching his hair grow, Gino mumbled the following:
The ability to save changes to V8 reference levels is controlled by the keyins:
set refleveloverrides off
Tells MicroStation that changes to reference levels are only remembered for the current design session.
set refleveloverrides on
Instructs MicroStation to save the reference levels changes when the file is closed.
set refleveloverrides
Will report the status of this setting.
Don't forget to save your settings! Also, these changes take effect for an individual reference upon its reloading.
