Problem Description

I been printing to my laserjet printer using a copy of the delivered printer.pltcfg, today when I print I get a blank sheet of paper.  Note that I can print the same file to PDF using pdf.pltcfg and use Acrobat Reader to print to the same laserjet printer

Steps to Resolve

1. In MicroStation note the location and name of your MicroStation Preferences file.  Look under Workspace->About Workspace in your pull down menus for exact location and name

2. Exit MicroStation

3. Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the location where the Preferences file is located

4. Rename the Preferences file

5. Restart MicroStation
