Problem

How to print a PDF file with levels and files content.

Steps to resolve

For printing to PDF with optional content in levels and files in the PDF file

Make the following changes to the printer driver configuration file PDF.PLTCFG (Best practice: save it under a different name):

In the Print Dialog:

• Select PDF.PLTCFG
• Select: File>Edit Printer driver configuration file
• Under Base Properties – expand the Driver Properties and set the option: Enable Optional Content = ON (See attached screen shot)
• Save (or Save as) this file and exit
• File>Reload the updated Printer Driver Configuration file
