Problem

I am having a problem with print organizer. As I am doing various things in print organizer (adding files, print preview, propoerties, or nothing) an error dialog box pops up that says" An error occurred in the print engine - tool not allowed. File is Read-Only". My dgn files are not read only. If I click the OK button in the dialog box it goes away and then randomly pops up again.

Solution

Unchecked "Open design files in Read-only Mode" in Print Organizer preferences.
