When saving an image MicroStation reports "Insufficient memory for RGB buffer".
This is a simple message that appears after MicroStation evaluates the available memory on the system and finds that there is not enough.Images are built entirely in memory. The Rendering mode, resolution and detail in the model (curved elements) directly affect the memory requirements.
Possible Solutions:
-Increase Virtual Memory on system.-Add additional Physical Memory to system.-If using Ray Tracing, enable "Limit Memory" in Ray Tracing settings.-For image saving, Toggle on Banded Rendering, it is specificallydesigned to overcome memory limitations.Notes:-Banded Rendering does not support .JPG format.
