How to convert a 3D cell library to a 2D cell library in MicroStation J

Solution

1. Select File > Export > 2D > Conversion Option > Attached Cell Library from the MicroStation menu bar.
2. In the Conversion Options section at the bottom of the Save 3D as 2D dialog, change the Source to Attach Cell Library
3. Select directory and enter the name of the new cell library file.
4. Click OK.
