Why do point cells always snap to the origin
A point cell has one snappable point, its origin and is always placed onthe Active Level, regardless of the level(s) on which its componentswere created. A graphic cell, however, is level-independent. That is, itcan be placed on levels relative to the Active Level or on the samelevels as when created, depending on whether Relative is on.
