Problem

Prefix \ not working for DWG key-ins.
Prefix \ not working for DWG key-ins while in DGN files.
acad.pgp key-ins are not recognized when using the prefix \

Solution

The DWG command Prefix only works while in DWG files by default.

To use the command prefix in a DGN file, add the MDL application dwgsettings.ma to the MS_DGNAPPS configuration variable.
