Problem

When we try to open the print dialog box from the pulldown menu or from key-in we get the following error:
MDLSYSTEM_LOADMDLPROGRAM FAILED 

Solution

Problem was caused by an update to Axiom software. If the Axiom.cfg is removed from the C:\Program Files (x86)\Bentley\MicroStation\config\appl diretory it will work. Please check with Axiom for a fix to this issue.
