Problem

Unable to change the inline leader of the place callout tool.

When using the place callout command. Once the callout is placed there is not way to change the size of the inline leader. Use the dimension style setting inline leader does not effect the callout.

The leader settings in the annotation properties also does not effect it.

Solution

Workaround is to use the "modfy" command to change the size of the Inline leader.
